The Challenge.

CRO Limitations: Old design did not prioritize conversion rate optimization, leading to missed opportunities for customer engagement and sales.

User Experience Issues: The site's layout and navigation were not intuitive, causing difficulties for users trying to find products and complete purchases.

Membership Integration: Implementing a membership system that offers value without overcomplicating the user journey or creating barriers to purchase.

Mobile Responsiveness: Delivering a seamless experience across all devices, as the existing layout was not fully optimized for mobile, affecting conversion rates.

Cart Abandonment: Addressing high cart abandonment rates by refining checkout flow and reducing friction points in the purchasing process.

The platform also features an affiliate program for users to earn commissions. An admin dashboard streamlines content management, including scheduling live streams and uploading materials, ensuring an engaging and seamless learning experience.
